What we collect
- Message form: your name, email, and optionally phone, address, subject and the message itself.
- Booking request: the service, your preferred day and time, name, email, phone, service address and notes.
- Email sent to any
@aschimney.comaddress.
We never ask for payment details online.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
Everything above is stored in the business’s own Amazon Web Services account in the United States: form and booking data in a database (Amazon DynamoDB) and incoming email in private storage (Amazon S3). It is used only to answer you, schedule and perform the work, and keep a record of the job. It is not sold or shared with advertisers.

Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. We count visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies or track you across sites; the data is aggregate (pages viewed, country, device type). Our forms use a small proof-of-work check (ALTCHA) instead of a third-party CAPTCHA, so no data goes to a CAPTCHA vendor.
